At NutrioFarms, we aim to provide fresh, high-quality microgreens and farm produce. Due to the perishable nature of our products, please read our refund policy carefully.

Refunds

Once an order is delivered, it is considered final. We do not offer refunds for delivered products.

Replacements

We may offer a replacement if:

  • The product was damaged during delivery
  • The wrong product was delivered

To request a replacement, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once preparation or harvesting has started.

Subscriptions

Subscription deliveries are non-refundable. Missed deliveries due to incorrect address or customer unavailability will not be eligible for refunds.
